Common Questions

How do I activate my license?

After purchase you'll receive an email with your license key. In the plugin, open the Account / License panel, paste the key, and click Activate. Each license includes 3 machine activations by default.

I already activated my 3 machines — how do I deactivate one?

Sign in to your account, open the Dashboard, click on the license, and use Deactivate next to the machine you no longer use. The slot frees up immediately and you can activate a new machine.

I lost my license key.

Sign in with the email you used at purchase — your keys are listed on the Dashboard. If you no longer have access to that inbox, file a ticket below with your order details.

Which DAWs and OS versions are supported?

Any VST3/AU host on Windows 10+ and macOS 11+ (universal — Intel & Apple Silicon). AAX for Pro Tools is on the roadmap.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day refund window from purchase, no questions asked. File a ticket under "Billing" with your order number.

Can I transfer my license to someone else?

Yes — file a ticket under "License" with the new owner's email and we'll move it over.

I bought a license but can't sign in.

Make sure you're using the same email you used at checkout. Magic-link emails sometimes land in spam — check there before requesting another. Still stuck? File a ticket below.
